    Will Zalatoris '14 defeated Davis Riley, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 5 and 3, to win the 2014 United States Junior Amateur Championship at The Club at Carlton Woods’ Nicklaus Course on Saturday, July 26. It is his first USGA championship title. He won the Texas Amateur title in June. Will be will be a freshman at Wake Forest University in the fall.

    Will Zalatoris '14 won the 105th Texas Amateur Golf Championship on Sunday, June 16 at Brook Hollow Country Club in Dallas. An incoming freshman at Wake Forest and winner of the prestigious Arnold Palmer Scholarship, Zalatoris finished at 10-under 274, a three-shot victory over Austin's Stratton Nolen.
