To be considered for Student Tuition Aid (STA), a student must be accepted for admission or currently enrolled at TCA. Following are the steps to apply for STA:
1. For new families, submit an application for admission and complete the admission process. For returning families, re-enroll your student(s) by January 31, 2018 for the 2018-19 school year. Do not go into FACTS to set up your payment plan at this time.
2. Current families should complete an online STA application by February 28, 2018. New families to TCA have until March 16, 2018.
3. Upload required tax documents into the online STA application by March 16. This deadline is prior to the IRS filing deadline, as this timeline provides our team adequate time to review the tax documents.
4. Complete a Student Profile Questionnaire (SPQ) for each student applying for STA and a Dual Household form, if applicable. Submit the completed forms by February 28, 2018 to:

PLEASE NOTE: ALL OF THE ABOVE STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR A FAMILY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR STUDENT TUITION AID. TCA will communicate decisions on applications in mid-April 2018. Our decision is based on the family’s need per the STA application data, as well as TCA’s policies/practices, the student’s citizenship and academic performance and extent of available STA funds.
