Tuition Assistance

STUDENT TUITION AID

The TCA Student Tuition Aid (STA) program provides partial tuition assistance to families based on financial need and available funding. TCA does not provide full tuition assistance. Families are required to invest in their students’ education by paying a portion of tuition. TCA does not provide merit scholarships of any kind.

STA is available for students in kindergarten through 12th grade, not preK. Families must apply each year for tuition assistance. For the 2025-26 school year, TCA granted $1.4M in student tuition aid with an average grant of $12,000.

Tuition aid is granted by the STA Committee based on information provided by applicant families. In considering financial need, the Committee strives to obtain the whole financial picture for each family. To apply for STA, families must provide extensive information on their financial position and spending, including but not limited to:

  • Tax returns and W2s
  • Total income for prior year and projected income for current year
  • Bank account balances
  • Retirement/529/IRA balances
  • Home market value and mortgage balance
  • Discretionary spending

APPLY FOR STUDENT TUITION AID

We are excited to announce that TCA has chosen Clarity Financial Aid as our new tuition assistance platform for the 2026-27 school year. Clarity offers a mobile-friendly application process that can be completed in approximately 30 minutes. In addition, Clarity is able to pull prior year tax documents directly from the IRS.

The STA Application for the 2026-27 school year will open on January 5, 2026. The STA Committee meets monthly from January through April to review applications. Due to limited available funds, we encourage you to submit your application and provide the necessary documents as soon as possible. Current TCA families must be re-enrolled with a current account balance to be considered for STA. Applicant families must have applied with Admissions to be considered for STA. Please note that admissions applications are reviewed without consideration of their family’s financial circumstances and their ability to pay full tuition.

To get started, please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The program has the capability to save and return to the application to complete. To access the Clarity Family Support Team, via chat, email, or phone, click the "get help" button in the lower left corner of the application. Any questions about the tuition assistance process should be directed to Karla Self at kself@trinitychristian.org.

"Thank you so much for the assistance that allows our son to attend TCA.
Without this assistance we would not be able to afford to have him at TCA.
We are very thankful and appreciative for the gracious assistance!"
