Middle School

In Middle School art, electives vary by grade. Fifth-grade art is a trimester-long introduction to the visual arts. In sixth- through eighth-grade students may choose art as a year long elective, exploring both two and three dimensional media and design concepts. Art history is integrated into student projects including drawing, printmaking, painting and sculpting.

Middle School art courses include Studio Art, 2D/3D Art and Art Methods. Select work is highlighted in special competitions and featured in the Trinity Art Gallery (TAG).
