After School Care Enrollment Form

TCA’s After School Care Program provides a fun, nurturing environment (until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday) that includes time for students to study, work on computers, enjoy a snack from home, and play outside. Program participation -- on a daily or occasional basis -- requires enrollment each year. Even if you anticipate utilizing the program on an infrequent basis, a completed Enrollment Form must be on file. As detailed below, After School Care Program billing plans offer fee and payment flexibility (including an economical flat rate) to accommodate varying utilization needs.

ASC is also available for Middle School students and is held in the Middle School Library, where students can study or spend time on the available computers). For more information about ASC, please contact Ellen Chock. For questions about billing, please contact Marshella Powell.
