7 Trojan Wrestlers Compete at National Prep Wrestling Championships

Seven Trojan wrestlers competed at the National Prep Wrestling Championships at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, on February 22-24. The Trojan wrestling team finished in 23rd place (out of over 300 teams in the National Prep organization). Competing for the Trojans were seniors Riley Crow (152 pounds) and Foti Pakes (145 pounds), juniors Hunter Balk (160 pounds) and Noah Miller (132 pounds), sophomores Mason Morland (120 pounds) and Alan Fandrich (113 pounds) and freshman Brooks Heard (106 pounds).

Hunter Balk earned Prep All-American honors by placing fifth in his weight class. Riley Crow finished in the top twelve of his weight class. Congratulations, wrestlers!
